The RACKETTE Partnerschaft Patentanwalte was founded in the year 1998 as partnership according to the corresponding German legal regulations for such legal entities. The founding partners are Mr. Karl Rackette and Mr. Joachim Ruttgers.

Within the framework of the partnership, the close cooperation of the founding partners in Intellectual Property dating back to the year 1992 is successfully continued.
